Homeschool Program: Botany Basics

From 10:00AM to 11:30AM

Explore the world of botany, learn why plants are important, and study their diverse structures and adaptations. Students will learn some basic botany content, learn how to identify trees using a key, and plant some seeds to take home. This program is designed for ages 8-12, with parental accompaniment recommended. $3 per child. Register by April 1; (217) 586-2612 or cbarnard@ccfpd.org. Orpheum Toddler Tuesday

Kirby Derby Training Sessions

FREE physical and informational Training for this year's 7th Annual Kirby Derby in Monticello! The training sessions will be held at Monticello Middle School and are completely open to the public! Join in on the fun and start your training towards a healthier lifestyle and this year's Kirby Derby off right!
